In August I hosted the quarterly "Song Share" at the Singer's Forum in NYC. Everyone performed a couple of songs and we enjoyed food and drink together afterward. The experience was bittersweet because I was saying a final farewell to my NYC students and enjoying their beautiful voices one last time before embarking on the move to Los Angeles. This event was an opportunity for everyone to perform, learn new repertoire, work with an accompanist, and enjoy a variety of styles of music. What a wonderful day; I can't wait for the first Los Angeles Song Share!
